The Inter-Parliamentary Union was established in 1889 in the first successful attempt at creating a permanent forum for multilateral negotiations.

It is located in Geneva, Switzerland.

It is the group responsible for forming other organizations, such as the United Nations.

There are 179 countries that are members. Importantly missing is the USA.

Levi was located at the center of the other tribes. This organization represents the place for the other nations to come together.
